The hotel's location is its advantage. It's within walking distance from SM Baguio, the Cathedral, and Session Road, so you won't worry about where to park. There are toiletries provided and a ref inside the room. The staff are very accommodating. The hotel's fully booked but still provides extra pillows upon request. Also, their complimentary breakfast at Hill Station (if you avail it) is a happy bonus!

Breakfast was standard fare.
Location was outstanding - just a short walk up the road to join Session Road (about 10 min) - and close to all amenities - very convenient. Short walk to bus terminal and SM Mall - about 10 min.
Hotel Security were amazing, the best we have seen anywhere. Extremely kind and helpful with advise, enquiries and suggestions for travel, tours and restaurants.
The rooms very very large and spacious - a pleasant surprise in Asia - beds were very comfortable. Reception were helpful in giving us additional blankets when we felt cold.
