Family atmosphere with very friendly, caring staff. The experience with Lynda and her team one evening to try to see the elephants that had been spotted by the villagers is unforgettable. Search, good atmosphere, laughter, a good cocktail.

We just stayed for one night at the lodge to sample the wildlife as part of our wider trip. The accommodation. Is really basic but is what you would expect really. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Food was fine. Kai the guide was fantastic. We went on 2 boat cruises and were lucky enough to see. Large herd of elephants and lots more. Kai was so informative and helpful. We even rescued another group of tourists whose boat had broken down! Great fun, you just have to take it for what it is… not a 5* hotel. The WiFi was fine also

Everything was great, we loved our stay and didn’t want to leave at all! We were picked up by our gracious host who told us a lot about Borneo. After ascending the 600 step stairs, the view from the restaurant was amazing. Furthermore we saw a lot of wildlife on the boat trips!
