Front desk service- the receptionists are young, so they are earnest, cheerful and in particular, patient with any questions I had. They are warm and very delightful to talk to. I enjoyed the small chats with them. I can see that there is good working relationship. They are happy, so they make the guests happy.
Shuttle service - driver was helpful, very pleasant to talk to, and has good work attitude, the van was kept clean
