We have stayed there for 4 nights. Within our period of stay we have experienced excellent service level from staff on site. Special thanks for Imad who welcomed us at late or early hours when we arrived and provided us with resolutions were required. We got a really great transfer and driving service from Abdel, who fullfilled all of our requirements and drove us around old Marrakech. Big thanks to Nurdin, who served us all food we wanted during our stay and prompt resolutions to any requirements we had. Thanks to Kaoutar and Rida who made our experience even better. Pure 10 our of 10 for staff on site. Surrounding and facilities are great, but people make our stay even better. If all hotels would have Imad, Nurdin, Abdel, Kooitar and Rida, it would be great!!!

The place is absolutely quiet and paradisiacal ... there is no noise at all, we are far away from the noisily surroundings of Jemma El-Fna square ... the swimming pool is gorgeous, it's easy to make contacts with the neighbours of other villas or the other travellers staying in the riad.
The host is very welcoming, the guards are available 24/7, premium service. I remember Bader who welcomed us and organised our lift with taxis ... very easygoing. Shokran Bader !!

Absolutely idyllic. No traffic noises, hotel was nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful but not overbearing. Rooms were gorgeous. Breakfast was fresh and light, lunches were ideal. Drinks whenever we needed them - and cheap too! Had an incredibly peaceful time. Will definitely be back.

A perfect haven of tranquility. Wonderful grounds and a small pool, the perfect place to relax after a week driving to Merzouga and back. Also, a perfect place to stay outside the city. The room we had was big with a very comfortable bed and great shower and bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful.
