We had a great time at the Nilaveli beach resort. The staff was really very nice. What is not said is that, on the beach, next to the resort, there is an exceptionnal spectacle every day: traditionnal fishing. Fishermen bring an enormous net with a boat, about 1 km away from the shore. The net is linked with 2 long ropes that 20 people pull up from the beach for about 2 hours. Estonishing to discover how many fishes they bring that way in their net!

We had a wonderful stay, everyone is just so nice, helpful and the level of hospitality is just unmatched. We wanted to rent a scooter and they organised it for us super quickly. The view from the property very nice and relaxing, I probably could have watched it for hours. The hotel also has a lovely beach with loungers, we were always almost the only one in the sea (except for a few dogs and a turtle). Our room was very spacious, quiet and they also came in everyday to clean our room which has not been the case everywhere we stayed in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was probably my favourite part of the day, so much delicious food: pancakes, french toast, curries, fruits, rotis - it was definitely the best breakfast I had in Sri Lanka.

We had a very relaxing time at Amanta Beach. Beautiful room, spacious&well designed. We loved the outdoor area (garden/ beach) a lot & enjoyed the calming atmosphere. The two dogs are gorgeous, friendly and it’s very nice to see & good to know that they are treated well & a have a home. ♥️🙏🏽 Unfortunately, this is not a matter of course in the Trincomalee area.

I stayed 8 days at Cardamon Hotel and IT was simply amazing: spacious, comfortable rooms with a wonderful view over the beach, very kind and helpful staff, tasty breakfast, outstanding service. If you search for a good quality Hotel for a reasonable price with an amazing Beach at a quiet area, Pick this one.

The resort is in a very quite location. The beach was very clean and lovely to swim in, as well as a pool if you do not like the sea. Getting to snorkelling spots was very easy and quick by boat. There were so many options for breakfast and the staff were very attentive.

We had stay at Anukama resort on April 18 and 19, 2024 (three adults) and the staff are very nice and helpful,even the General manager, Jena Moorthy, a nice gentleman, I would like to bring some points to the management of Anukama Resort to improve the accommodations and services 1. Make sure the hot water supply, the commode flash, and the hot water itself are functioning before granting the visitor access to the room (we experienced a negative experience when we entered the room and the technicians arrived to fix the issue for over an hour while we were in the room). The room and bathroom were extremely poorly cleaned. 3. The bed sheet and pillow that were provided are extremely small. When we asked for more bedsheets and pillows, they gave us only one of each and said they were out of stock. 4. Although the room has an electric kettle, the staff only provides two packets of office, milk, and sugar each time we ask them to get these items for three people. 4. Even though the accommodation charge includes the breakfast, the serving on the plate are insufficient for a single adult.

the staff was super available - I had a really late check in and check out. I really appreciate their kindness in everything. it’s a really quiet place so perfect for relaxing and for family time. Owners were locals, which I think is really important to consider when booking an hotel (helping their community).

We loved our stay at the NN Beach resort and Spa - we were only going to stay for 2 nights but we ended up staying for 4! The location is superb, right on the beach and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
