The hotel run by an elderly couple. They were very nice to us. Our room was cleaned every day. The public beach is only in a 1 minute walk from there. We got a fresh towel everyday. I highly recommend to stay here. Thank you everything.

We loved to visit the Greek/Roman sites at Pozzuoli, Baia ,Bacoli and Cuma which were almost empty of tourists. There were a variety of restaurants within walking distance from the property, but it was easy to travel to Pozzuoli by public transport where the restaurants on the front are superb.

Pozzuoli, l'antic Puteoli, was a very important place in the roman empire and has so many interesting archeological sites, like the 3rd biggest anfitheater Flavio and the tempio di Serapide, an antique market place, as well as the Rione Terra, this unique underground archeological site and above the very new houses and modern Cathedral of San Procolo, which is an interesting project.

Pozzuoli is a pleasant, friendly Campanian town with a small busy port and many good sea food restaurants. For those who are interested in Roman history and archaeology we can recommend a visit to the Rione Terra district, the Roman amphitheatre (fascinating well-preserved substructures only), the Roman villa complex at Baia (Parco Archeologico) and the Museo Archeologico dei Campi Flegrei, the latter being housed in the wonderful Castello Aragonese di Baia. Daily ferry connections with the islands Procida and Ischia. Train and/or bus connections to Napels, Bacoli and Cuma are excellent. All in all Pozzuoli is a wonderful base for all kinds of excursions in the area. We greatly enjoyed our stay and thank all the kind local people who contributed to the experience.

Nice for snorkeling and diving at the Argeological Marine Park. Volcano Solfatara is closed but you can still have a nice view over it from the road next to it.
Nice old bits in the town like the amfitheater, cathedral and macellum. There are some very good pizzeria's too. We only spent a few days here but I can imagine there is lot's more to do here.

The breakfast was very poor, thank goodness you don’t have to pay for it. Uncovered meats, chilled items that were un chilled, bathroom turned into a wet room when using the shower due to broken fixings. Infestation of pigeons at breakfast time and a dirty terrace. Generally the property is in poor state of repair and cleanliness., not what you expect from an alleged 4 star hotel. Hotel management uninterested. Not worth the money.

We went to Pozzuoli as a stop over on our way to Procida.
We went to Pozzuoli as a stop over on our way to Procida. We did that instead of staying in Naples. We had no expectations but found it very reasonable and charming.
It has great ferry service to Procida so it was a great choice for us to stay there.
The location is just perfect, in the middle of Pozzuoli. Th host is available any time for any questions. The check-in is easy and modern over internet. My room was bigger as usual, plenty of space. Spar level with whirlpool, Sauna and big walk through shower. Almost too much to try everything in one week only.
Pozzuoli is great. If you like less trouble than Napoli you are in the right place. All the activities, dining options, everything you can find here, next to the Centrico Storico B&B.
A very nice, very clean, well sized apartment in the center of things in Pozzuoli: it's maybe 150 meters from the dock where the Ischia and other ferries leave. It was outfitted with everything necessary - even some breakfast goodies: the air conditioning was top rate and the WiFi worked really well. The owner/renters were very kind and helpful. (They ran a trattoria just down stairs which I found excellent.)
I love this little hotel right over the sea with a view of the water, and close to the beach and dive center. The staff is kind without over-reaching. The rooms are clean, and the sea air through the window divine. You can hear the waves! Free parking and a local area full of food stores and small restaurants / cafes if you walk a bit. Reasonably priced and a lovely location for a basic hotel, with nice people.
The location was good, Pozzouli is a lovely little town. We were there visiting family so it was a little further away from them than we realized (which was no fault of the hotel just poor planning on my part). The host prepared a lovely little breakfast for us and even sent us on our way with snacks and water for our trip down to Sorrento.
The host also welcomed us in with some drinks which was a nice touch!
Stefania is a Great Host. She was very helpful with tips in the city. Pozzuoli is the right spot to visit Napoli. It is small and beautiful, very easy to get the train and visit Napoli if you like. Pozzuoli itself has also a rich history.
the flat, is in the heart of the city, nicely decorated, you have anything you need for a city trip. Very clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed the visit and the flat very much.
Very good location, close to the train station, ferry port & city center. We arrived early in the morning and the host allowed us to drop our luggage in the morning so that we could catch the ferry to Procida. We were impressed how spotlessly clean everything was. Very nice & friendly owners. Good facilities to have coffee in the morning and a quick breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.
I've stayed at the Miramare 3 or 4 times before - all good. First time in this area of the hotel and room (#76) and was happy with it. Great views over the bay, bedroom was decent size (queen bed) with a balcony, plenty of lighting in the bathroom and hot water was really good and on demand.
Pozzuoli is a very nice place.Naples and many other beautiful places are easily accessible from here (by metro, train, bus, ferryboat). The accommodation is nice and comfortable. Lorenzo and Camilla are very friendly and helpful people. We also thank them this awsome vacation.
Francesca is very thoughtful. Breakfast in the room was so helpful, and the rooms are spotless and comfortable. The location was fun -- you can walk all over Pozzuoli from her location. We plan to return.
Great location close to train station and local shops/restaurants/beach Friendly helpful staff . They also arrange a taxi service to/from airport if required. Beautiful peaceful family run hotel
Staff very friendly and bed was very comfy. Room was very spacious and the bathroom was nice too. Could see whole of Bay of Pozzuoli for the breakfast terrace.
The location was nice, in walking distance to the port. Many restaurants in the area as well as a grocery store. The air conditioning was very nice as well.
