The view from our room/balcony was wonderful. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. All the staff were friendly and efficient . Service at breakfast was very good with the staff serving with a smile. Room was cleaned quickly again with a friendly member of staff.

The hotel was in a beautiful location, right on the dock, surrounded by a number of great restaurants.
The staff were extremely helpful and very polite.
The room, and the whole hotel were extremely clean.
One of the main standout points for us, is the fact they catered to my girlfriend’s needs. She’s coeliac and lactose intolerant, which can be difficult but as soon as the staff knew this they were extremely helpful. At breakfast, the waitresses would bring over soy milk without us even asking. There was always a Gluten Free option too, quite a big selection in fact which was massively appreciated.
I really can’t write a bad word about this hotel, we had a beautiful holiday and the hotel and staff were a massive part of that.

Lakeside location was very pleasant. Room at the side of the hotel was close to the adjacent building making it a bit claustrophobic. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.
