While traversing Italy, we sought a one-night lodging option, and this establishment proved ideal for our needs. Its proximity to the highway, onsite restaurant, inclusive breakfast, picturesque vistas, clean room, and hospitable staff made it an excellent choice. This apartment has only recently been renovated, it felt brand new. It was modern, had a nice big Smart TV, great kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. All open plan but it works really well. Breakfast was provided which was great, one less thing to think about. Our hosts were fantastic, extremely helpful and booked a great restaurant for us on one of the nights. We found the wonderful hill top town of Narni which is a must see.

We planned to have stopover on our way to Sicily. Due to lots of traffic, we arrived really late. Margherita is such a nice person- she organised us a table in a restaurant and let us have dinner before actually arriving at the b&b at 11 p.m. Since we don't speak any Italian, she got help from her daughter to translate everything. The room ist nice and clean actually I think it is the only room to rent in the house. The bathroom had lots of choice for different shampoos etc. In the morning, Margherita prepared a wonderful breakfast in the shadow of the trees in the garden, overlooking the Umbrian hills- wonderful! We would definitely come back.
