The staff were brilliant and they were very helpful. Called us taxis when needed. Help us store bags when the room wasn't ready. So we could go off an explore.
The rooms we had a lake view. Our room was clean. It was simple and basic but just what needed. It could have done with a kettle or coffee machine in the room to make it that bit better.
The continental breakfast was very nice and a good start to the day.

The room with lake view was magnificent 👌. It was clean and bed was comfy.
The pool view was spectacular and there was a playground for children which my daugther loved.
The food at the restaurant was good. Maybe a little too salty compared to Italian pasta but there were 80% german tourists so I belive they made it after their taste? Portion was huge and price was very cheap.

The dinner was fantastic! We really appreciated it. The gardens with the olive trees with the mountains on the background, the playground, and the pool (with water slide) area were all amazing, we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel!
We have all inclusive, and arriving in the evening had our lunch next day included!
