The apartment is in a very typical Tuscana area,my family have stayed 1 night and had a very peaceful night. The morning view was amazing if you are an early bird, you can see the moumtains aroud with the fog covered by the rising sunshine.
It's worth driving more time to live yhere anyway.I wish I could stay more time there👍

Easy to find, and great location for Chianti region, Siena, views and windling roads! The hotel does not serve dinner, but the restaurant next door does, same parking. Easy parking in general, easy to load/unload and then park. Good breakfast. Not warm, but some fruit, yougurt etc. Rustic charm, photos a little styled compared to reality. Easy check in /out. Small fridge. Internet so so in room, better downstairs. Garden room was ok for traffic, there is a larger road close.. Overall a nice stay on route (2 nights).

The manager took care of us even before we reached the place. We have been called to make sure that everithing was ok on our trip and had brief but precise indications, in fact the place is in the middle of astonishing but very off-hand hills, which is what you may be searching for. We got there very late but everything was prepared for us, we could also get some good appetizers and wine despite the kitchen had just closed. A porcupine (Hystrix cristata), 2 foxes and an owl welcomed us on the way to our apartment. We stayed just overnight but the sleep was so recovering from our long trip and the breakfast certainly gave me, my wife and the kids the right energy for the coming day. The place is wonderful and the personnel are all so kind. Before leaving, just because I liked the whole situation, I decided to buy a can of oil (Extra Virgin First Press....ça va sans dir) without even tasting it. Now that I did I can confirm that you should not leave without.

Murlo is very small, but there is a lovely restaurant inside...
Murlo is very small, but there is a lovely restaurant inside the town walls, the pool at albergo Di Murlo is fantastic, and bosca della Spina is great for lunch! You will need a car or scooter to get around.
Lovely tranquil spot in the hills with beautiful views and stunning pool and gardens lovingly looked after by Lucia and her family. Our apartment was well equipped and traditionally furnished with a nice outdoor eating area. Air con was effective in the hot weather and didn’t cost too much extra. The swimming pool was great and often we had it to ourselves. Very easy drive to lots of lovely places. Small local shops are a 5-10 minute drive and a good bigger supermarket about 15 minutes away in the pretty town of Buonconvento.
Remote location, the area was not overly busy so it was easy to get around, The grounds were lovely, with a pool and lots of chairs available. The owner helped us with dinner recommendations and reservations. The surprise was that there was a small kitchen cleverly disguised, and we did use it one night.
It was 30 minutes to Sienna and Montalcino and other Tuscan towns, so well located.
We spent four wonderful days here. The location is very good - not far from major tourist attractions like Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Asciano and others.
Very helpful and friendly staff (especially the lady at the restaurant). Beautiful and clean room.
They serve excellent food and wines at affordable prices. Great value for money. Pets are welcomed.
Highly recommended
Really nice small pittoresk family owned hotel /restaurant in very panoramic environment. Owners at the hotel very friendly and helpful and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Great swimming pool which is was a surprise (25 meters). Food was great. The only a bit lesser point I can think of was the breakfast, could be a bit more variety .
We loved the location of this hotel, from which we were close to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, San Gimiliano, etc.
Our room had a wonderful view.
As far as the staff, they were all amazing, especially Sara, and of course Grappa!
The breakfast was good, and the dinner as well.
I would recommend this hotel to couples, as well as families.
Very interesting accommodation in the country side of Toscana. The appartments are very big and rustic decorated. We only stayed one night as a transit stop after visiting Siena and Pienza and before heading further to the Amalfi Coast, but it looks like a very cozy place to spend more time in an idilic and full of tuscan charm.
We stayed at Villa Righino just for one night after visiting Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena. After an impressive day, relaxing in the garden overlooking the Tuscan hills and rising moon was exactly what we were looking for.
Perfect cleanliness, very spacious, free parking.
The landlady were very friendly and helpful.
The view from the room was magnificent. It was nice to have a separate bedroom. The wardrobes were well thought out. The rest areas were peaceful. The pool was very enjoyable and had a wonderful view. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant in the evening. Restaurant prices were reasonable and the food was delicious.
Super warm welcome by Marco! The place is better than shown in the pictures. It's a quiet little oasis, with lots of green and two (!) swimming pools. Very relaxed vibe, chilling in the garden. Marco also made a reservation in a great restaurant for us, Il Libridinoso in Murlo. Recommended!!
A lovely apartment, nicely restored. The antiques/personal items give the place a homely feel (not a 'generic' tourist room). Very quiet location, close to a lot of beautiful places such as Siena. Two bathrooms is real luxery when travelling with children.
The hotel was excellent! The view was spectacular! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great! We enjoyed our stay!
Thank you very much!
perfect location to explore Tuscany by car. amazing views from the gardens, beautiful sunrise viewable from the house. Quiet but no so remote that you feel to lonely (5m walk to Murlo castle).
The view from almost every part of the hotel was amazing. We had such a great time and the staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend the restaurant!
