It was a really cosy little house with its own little garden and terrace, fully furnished.
Inside was everything you needed, even a washing machine and even a drying rack, bbq, parasol…
It was really quiet and far from tourist areas.
The lake nearby was beautiful and it was great to use it as a kinda private sea.
What really sweetened our stay was the super cute stray cat that we named Bruno.

Nice hotel walking distance to the town centre. All the staff were very friendly! Breakfast was good and the room was clean. There was a great view from the balcony.

Armando is, without hesitation, the best host I have ever met. He takes care of everything in a proactive, easygoing, and perfectly efficient manner.
The collaborations with the restaurant for dinner and the bar for breakfast give you a nice, sizeable discount for the top-quality services you can find in Massa Marittima.
The room was incredibly charming and absolutely spotless, freely upgraded to the best available even though I booked a less fancy one, without even asking for it.
