Guarene is a quaint sleepy town, great if you want to enjoy the wine country and the get away from the hustle and bustle of other larger cities. If staying during the week make reservations at restaurants and for transportation ahead of time as there are limited options and hours of operation.

I felt like I had arrived at a scene out of a James Bond movie. The old world charm is definitely there, billiard room, small hidden bar, old world dining rooms, candelabra, massive fire places and the escape tunnels that take you to the swimming pool and Spa. We wanted a Castle experience, we got it.
