Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. Fantastic location.
I had one of the older rooms (free upgrade to a double) which was large with lots of storage but quite dated, especially the bathroom which didn't have a bidet and had a shower curtain so the bathroom floor was always wet after a shower.
My family had a nice newer room, a triple, and the third bed was also comfortable (often the third bed isn't great but in this case it was well done). Their bathroom was very nice with a big shower cubicle but they only had a wardrobe with very few hangers and NO DRAWERS!!!
I would definitely stay here again but I'd request a refurbished room. If they added more storage (and hangers!) and refurbished all the rooms it would be excellent.

Villa Martini features a large garden with swimming pool and spa bath. It is just a 5-minute walk from Castiglioncello Station, right on the promontory overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea.

The location is wonderful and we had a very nice and comfortable room for 4 persons.
Free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and air conditioning are standard in all rooms at Rosa Del Tirreno. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Tyrrhenian seaside and 12 km from Livorno.

Location is easy to reach, with a private parking space which is very convenient. Room and common spaces were clean and comfortable. There is a small restaurant run by the owners with local, fresh products and nice wine selection. The owners are fantastic, warm and kind people who will welcome you and recommend places to visit. Too short to give a meaningful review. We had a quick tour of the place and it was a typical country side village where time has stopped for a couple decades. Not the most exciting place with small children but in worth a stop if you're in the area
