Our Host was very nice and what she couldn't explain used her phone to translate.
Our room was beautifully decorated and furnished and breakfast was ideal 👌.
My only regret is we only stayed one night.

A very homely spacious apartment with all the amenities. Cable tv, washing machine, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Close to the city. Very nice and quiet place. You have a lot of privacy there. Spacious apartement, very cosy suites with comfortable beds. I slept like a baby... Coffee, tea, basic kitchen ingrediences and even home made marmelades offered to us. Parking lot next to the house. A lot of friendly cats on the back yard :) One of them came to visit us inside :)

Beautiful place to visit, Paolo (the owner) has been extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was massive and the breakfast was fresh with delicious croissants. It’s very close to Perugia and other cities so a great place for short city trips. The place is magical with the beautiful entrance through old trees alongside the road and magnificent picturesque views of Umbria!!
