Fantastic location right off the highway for those that are travelling and just want a quick stop for the night. The beds were quite comfortable. 24-hour check-in was definitely appreciated and otherwise not easy to find. Price was good. Just be warned that this hotel is straight out of the 70s and has not been updated. It is what it is. Again for those just looking for a clean and easy place to stop, I don't think its a problem. If your looking for modern and renovated, go somewhere else.

Great location to train station, but far away from historical city center.
Town of Chiusi consist of two parts. Stick to the historical side on the hill for best town experience, good restaurants and Tuscan feeling. Use the newer part of the town only for your grocery, petrol and laundry needs.

Chiusi is a quaint town on top of a hill with beautiful views and is a great place for enjoying a walking day with nice things to see. The big thing for me was touring the subterranean labyrinths to see water cistern systems that were built in the first century and the underground labyrinths that had burial crypts labeled in Etruscan and Roman (latin). Rich in history and engineering.
Extremely well furnished and equipped apartment. The owner spared no efforts to make it comfortable, with attention to details. Very nice neighborhood. Free parking space in front and the streets nearby. The nice restaurant across the street offer 10% discount to Luca’s guests. And Lucas the owner was simply wonderful. Very thoughtful and accommodating. He even made the appointment for us when we inquired about where to go for a covid test. We would like to stop in Chiusi again when we are in the area, just to stay there!
this small hotel is a perfect place for an overnightstop (next to A1 highway to Rome), or for a weekend, to know the pretty little antique town of Chiusi and its relaxing lake and wonderful surroundings. The Hotel has a comfortable position with free parking next to it and good restaurants, bars and pizzeria around, right next to the little center. We had a very pleasant stay and discovered it all. Our room was comfortable and nice furnitured and the owners are very friendly.
Great location in historic center. Wonderful host Andrea gave us a warm welcome w/easy check-in/out The apartment has everything a couple needs for a base that's perfect to enjoy Chiusi as well as all the other towns and countryside in this beautiful area of Tuscany. Bed was very comfortable, strong wifi when I needed to work, easy parking nearby, and the pictures represent the reality. Super sweet little place that we'll be happy to return to. Grazie!
Very spacious house. We were three families with small kids and there was more space than needed. Clean nice bathrooms, big rooms with comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen, nice garden, big space (two actually in front and back of the house) to eat together. If you’ll be lucky and quite enough late night outside you can see some wild animals approaching nearby. Lack of neighbors, absolutely relaxing place. Would recommend!
The B&B is wonderful maintained by Paolo. The garden, the pool, all perfect. Breakfast very well taken care of, we felt spoiled. Carolina had auch good suggestion for things to do in the neighboorhood and restauranta. we rented the 2 bedroom appartment and had a great view ob Montepulciano. Italy as it should be! Carolina’s cakes and biscotti were just perfect!
This historical B&B is in ancient Chiusi. The owners bent over backwards
to make us feel comfortable and share the amazing history of their home. They recommended a restaurant Zuppa that was the best we’ve experienced on our trip so far. The King-sized bed was very comfortable and the shower accommodating. Excellent, excellent!
Very good location, just 3’ walk from the train station. The room was very nice and clean, and bathroom was spacious. The host was very kind as well. I needed to leave earlier than the breakfast time to catch my bus to Pienza, but the host was kind enough to give me a yogurt so I could mix with my oatmeal for breakfast.
The property is very close to Chiusi, a small town with a nice center and good restaurants, walking distance. The house’s owner is very flexible with the breakfast which is rich and diverse.
Signora Paola, the owner, is such a nice person, always smiling and kind.
The property was beautiful and the staff was friendly and accommodating! I recommend renting a car as the property is tucked away from nearby points of interest, which definitely helps add to it's unique beauty, but can make getting around a bit tricky!
We loved this huge apartment and the beautiful views over the countryside. It was so quiet and relaxing sitting in the garden listening to the birds. It was only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Chiusi. Beautifully decorated and a well equiped kitchen.
Beautiful boutique hotel with everything to set up your Christmas mood. It’s easy to find. Location is good and easy to travel if you drive , there are many nice towns nearby to visit. I like that rooms has a bath.
This quiet, peaceful location was exactly what we wanted after busy Rome. The breakfast was outstanding and we had our best day driving around the hill towns nearby. I even had a swim in the lovely pool.
Beautiful Villa on a hillside; very clean and well maintained. Fantastic and helpful staff. 10 minutes to the train station and the historic town of Chiusi. Nice to relax with drinks around the pool.
The owners were very helpful and kind. Stunning breakfast and the rooms are cozy, clean and close to the centre of Chiusi.
We went there with pour dog and pets are more than welcome!

Excellent hôtel with aircon and nice bathroom, restaurant downstairs belonging to them. All done at a good standard. Happy with the hotel and was very comfortable for us. Lovely town
Stunning hotel! Great, helpful people. A place where you can really rest and recharge batteries. Perfect connection between nice design, natural landscape and delicious meals.
