Calm, Clean, comfortable bed, fantastic pool view, friendly staff, pleasant hotel environments, good breakfast . There is a shopping mall and pizzeria nearby to buy foods , fruits, sun cream,…
Pool water was so clean and checked by life guards regularly ( it was a little cold and good to be warmer).
Good Gym facilities.

The hosts were very kind; the breakfast was simple but it was enough.

the host and her daughter were very helpful and allowed us a late check-in, they also gave us a bunch of recommendations on places worth visiting during our road-trip around Sardinia. we only spent one night at the B&B, but the room was great - a comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom and the most important a working AC (not a standard in Sardinia from what we heard). the breakfast was also nice - typical Italian sweets and coffee :)
Set in Capoterra, 60 metres from La Maddalena Spiaggia, Corte Maddalena Camere offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. The guest house features family rooms.
If you have a car you can explore beaches. It was August so many beaches were quite full, and normally you had to call to book.
We went without calling and almost always found a spot somewhere (2 sunbeds and beach umbrella). It is impossible to stay on the beach with 33 degrees without an umbrella. Bring your own or rent one (in August the prices are high -50 euros).
Only Spiagga Tuerreda was completely full and we would have to queue to get in.
An interesting beach is Spiaggia di Nora (it also has 2 restaurants and archelogical site), so you can spend whole day there.
Some beaches are reserved by the hotels nearby and you cannot use them- normally in one bay there are two or three beaches, one to book, one free, one from the hotel.
I loved that you could see flamingos everywhere (from the highway, near beaches, next to our hotel).
I would avoid going again in August though - it was too hot go walking in the city , to go birdwatching and cycling in the flamingo park (Molentargius)...Also, prices were much higher than out of season.

We really liked the discussions with Antonio and his wife about the island of Sardinia and local culture and history. They recommanded us very good restaurants and places to visit in the region. Capoterra is only about 15-minute drive from Cagliari.

A better place to stay at the end of our trip, far away from ugly buildings in the center of Cagliari, the ugly port and giant chemicals companies in the vicinity.
One needs to drive over 40mn to get to nice beaches and scenery of big mountains + olive groves.
Parking at most beaches at the end is 8 € !
Sardinia is excellent for swimming in beautiful and clear ocean water.
Still have to be carful of where one swims as there is alwys a bad smell of maybe "sewage" going to the ocean!!
Amazing host, very helpful and walking the extra mile to make us feel as welcome and comfortable as possible. Top hospitality.
Great standard of the property and room, beautiful garden and place to sit outside with breakfast in the Sardinian sun under a patio.
Nice breakfast with delicious croissants and great location close to the beach. Very cool terass with panoramic sea view over the whole coast.
Located 20 meters from.the garden to a nice restaurant with good food and nice surroundings.
All in all 5/5
Stuff was friendly, Michelangelo especially.
The dinner buffet was surprisingly good.
They have a nice pool with sunbeds under the sun and big sofas under shadow, which was great in the mornings.
Very good water flow in the rooms.
We also liked Luchia - a lovely fluffy cat that would show up in the mornings to demand some attention, and eventually, you can see her in the evening, but only if she's in a mood.
The flamingos were in the lagoon in front of the hotel when we visited

We can only agree with the previous comments. The hosts were very welcoming and helped with every request we had. The apartment/property was super clean and charming. Free water, tea and coffee were available for free in the room and the common room! The area is quiet, perfect for relaxing and well located for visiting Cagliari and the beaches around (~40min+).
We really enjoyed our stay at Gentarrubia, Pasquale was always available to help. We stayed with our two children in the family room, very spacious and comfortable. The kids of course enjoyed the swimming pool, very nice addition to the house. Breakfast was nice and the coffee very good!
You need a car for visiting the points of interest around Cagliari.
First of all, we liked the host Tonino. He is very kind and responds to all requests, takes care of every issue immediately and bakes fresh croissants every day.
Opend im may 2023 Tonino has a beautiful accomodation in the south of Sardina, we highly recommend to discover Cagliari and its surroundings.
Distance to Cagliari is 12 minutes by car.
Truly amazing accommodation. Luca the owner takes care of everything. Talkative, helpful, delicious breakfasts (even able to wake up with us at 5:30 for flight departure and preparing breakfast). Clean rooms, very well equipped, very calm neighbourhood, 20 mins from Cagliari town. The best stay we had in Sardinia, highly recommended.
A beautiful place with a very charmong and helpful host! Nestled at the entrance of a Nature park so, apart from little birds, you get no noise. The apt is modern, but with an old charm. Town of Capoterra 5 min drive from the B&B. Excellent breakfast with relaxing music is the cherry on top, high recommendations for this little gem!
We spent several days in these apartments. The apartments are located in a quiet area close to center of Capoterra.
The owner of the apartments is very hospitable, responds quickly to any requests, tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to him for these few unforgettable wonderful days in Capoterra.
The property itself was in a great, safe location outside of Cagliari. Very easy to get to! The host, Antonio, was very kind, gracious and helpful. He answered any and all of our questions. The property was beautiful, and the breakfast outside was such a nice touch.
Beautiful place. The room looks like it is brand new. Great location. Minutes from the beach. Great restaurants. Minutes from Cagliari. The host was very accommodating. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday. We loved it so much we extended our stay.
We enjoyed an excellent room on a very nicely maintained property. It's located just outside Cagliari - making for a quiet night after you've had a day on the beaches and an evening in the city.
Quiet and great location to reach the beautiful beaches south west of Cagliari avoiding the stress to pass through the center. Big rooms and comfortable bedding. Good breakfast and dinner too!
location was lovely, just as in the pictures. We could hear the sea from our balcony. Local restaurant, and snack bar a few minutes walk. Bus to Cagliari from the end of the road.
Hotel is great, rooms and facilities are nice. Rooms at pool side are just wonderful.
U can reach the hotel easily with public transportation from Cagliari.
