Location is good. Has private access to public beach. It is a Row house in a society of Row houses. Row house has hall and small kitchen on ground floor and two bedrooms on first floor. It was clean, AC worked decently. 1 hour was allocated in small swimming pool. Wifi was 4G hotspot which worked well.
Owner was very responsive to queries asked and answered them promptly on whatsapp. He also shared the photos and video . Could order from Zomato and Swiggy. Also if you have car, there are few options for food in ECR and Paddur. They have inverter which had backup for light and fan. Could park outside the door. Good for group upto 4. Difficult to fit more people

The villas that they have kept for staying of the guests are brand new with very good and quality interiors. It is a brand new facility. Dodda Prasad Reddy called me the night before and enquired about my arrival time and he has guided me from the Siruseri bus stand to the facility in Kelambakkam. The management is very friendly and made me feel at home, though I stayed at the place hardly for over an hour or so, it left in me a good experience. I strongly recommend the guests who would prefer a 24-hour check-in facility for their business trips to make use of this.
