Amenities - 4/5 .. all superb, property is 4 months old and everything is in pristine condition. Key is to maintain it
F&B - 4/5 .. kitchen is operational but not 24X7. F&B manager is superb and gets involved personally

Infra - 4/5 .. property has a game room with pool table, carrom, table tennis etc. Good size pool.. great gardens and a lovely restaurant. Rooms are cottages with patio (prefer the ones facing inside, they have better view than ones facing periphery)

Very vast property with lots of natural beauty including forest and water bodies.I am sure it must be more beautiful in the rains and winter. Unfortunately, we visited on 31st May to 2nd June.
The restaurants (Saltt and Common house) are good and the ambience is nice.
All the staff are very nice. Reception is well managed. Room service is efficient.
I spotted many birds and took pictures.
Because it is close to Mumbai, you don't waste time on travel.
