The staff were very friendly and helpful as soon as you turned up at the front doors. Helping with luggage to the room. Nothing was a problem to them and they went out of their way to be helpful. The room was spacious and spotless clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and had a huge variety of food. The location was right in the city centre so very handy to shops etc.

It was very close to the airport, which is exactly what we needed for this stay. They have an airport shuttle, which we did not need, but it's great to know it is available. The lounge/restaurant was fabulous and relaxing.
