An Chéibh B&B, hotel in Rossaveel

Offering a garden and mountain view, An Chéibh B&B is situated in Rossaveel, 37 km from St. Nicholas Collegiate Church and 38 km from National University of Galway.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere here. I stayed here so I could do a parkrun on inis meain, and the girls and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They had a lovely breakfast left out for me as I had to leave early to make the flight. They honestly went above and beyond and I really felt so well looked after. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a fully contained home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideal for 2 couples like us or a family. It has a good lounge, dining room kitchen and laundry and good parking. It is located in a very rural area with lovely views of the bay just a few minutes drive from a village with an excellent EuroSpar supermarket. And the quite delightful coral beach is a decent walk or short drive.

The owner was lovely and very helpful with local knowledge that helped me choose the right hikes on the right days. Breakfast was wonderful and I really enjoyed my stay, especially sitting outside and having tea with the dogs. The only minor thing was the room was a little small, but it was certainly adequate for my needs.

Tigh Fitz is a very sweet B&B run by lovely people. Penny was very kind and generous to me during my stay, going out of her way to help me which I appreciated so much. The room was spacious, clean and calm. It had everything I needed. I also requested to have a room which faced the sea view which I got and I loved it. Thank you!!

Lovely cottage in a great location, with easy access to lovely beaches, viewpoints and not too far from Kylemore Abbey - which I highly recommend to visit. Dogs Bay beach is a must on anyones list visiting Connemara, it’s truly breathtaking. This family trip was to celebrate our dad’s 75th birthday. We loved our stay in the cottage - it’s private, very cozy and we felt right at home. Kitchen is well equipped, property was clean and beds were comfortable. There’s a shop for essential groceries next to the house, and the local pub is just 3 min from the cottage. We did a bigger food shop in Galway before heading there, I recommend to do the same if planning to cook and not eat out. Conall was very responsive, a great host. All instructions were sent well in advance, and our checkin/checkout was very smooth, we had no issues while staying there. Lovely touch was to find a basket of muffins on arrival that we fully enjoyed. Lovely cottage, would happily stay there again
