The condition of the hotel is so poor and dated.The bar staff were so rude to my family on ordering drinks that we didn't stay in the hotel room as we were made feel very unwelcome. Hotel room was very dated. lights not working. Bed looked very uncomfortable. I didn't stay to taste the breakfast. It was €245.65 waste of moneys booked though bookings.com

It was very close to the airport, which is exactly what we needed for this stay. They have an airport shuttle, which we did not need, but it's great to know it is available. The lounge/restaurant was fabulous and relaxing.

I like the crown plaza hotel thats where I stay coz this hotel is closed. So my rate 8s for the crown plaza hotel. The Hilton is closed they moved me there without notice at all.

Hotel was lovely and clean and very modern. Staff were all lovely and friendly. We arrived late which we informed the hotel of when booking and our room key was ready and waiting so check in took no time at all - it was super efficient which was really appreciated after arriving off a late flight. Great choice at breakfast and the food was constantly replenished. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Have booked again for August. So easy to walk to from the terminals also.
