I originally come from Weston and to me I feel like I am...
I originally come from Weston and to me I feel like I am always coming back home and try to visit as often as I can. I would like to move back again in the future but it isn’t good timing yet. The Bridgwater carnival is a regular activity I always come back for every year as you have to see it to see how amazing it is. Weston is on the flat and everything is in walking distance and the bus and train station is close by and regular to other destinations to visit.Heleni - 4.0Scored 4.0

There are a lot of good things to do ,plenty for kids .the beach is massive though the sea doesn't visit often and your left with miles of mud ,lots of tired looking areas but on the whole it's a 6 out of 10cumming - 10Scored 10
We love Weston-super-Mare. We have been a few times now.
We love Weston-super-Mare. We have been a few times now. The beach is my favourite that I have ever been too. It is incredibly clean and big. Amazing walk along the promenade and the town centre shopping, especially the sovereign shopping centre is Great. We have two small children so the pier and what used to be Funland was brilliant, but we are so gutted that it is no longer there. I am 71 and came from Bristol.
I am 71 and came from Bristol. Sunday school outings always went to Weston. My parents and brother all ended up living at Carlton Mansions next door to the Grand Atlantic. I love returning to Weston and spending time on the beach.

Weston super Mare is an old fashioned seaside resort trying hard to keep itself attractive. The renovated pier has offers amusements and cafes and the derelict old pier adds character. There is a sandy beach but at low tide there is a lot of mud between that and the sea. The marine pool is interesting. There is pleasant walking on the nearby headlands Worlebury to the north and Brean Down, a short drive to the south. There are plenty of places to eat - we went to a great Italian place called Il Michelangelo.

The next day we then moved to another lovely hotel on the front also with a room far more suited to a couple with free entertainment on the evening and at £35 cheaper than you included a lovely breakfastAlanUnited Kingdom

Was surprised to see an operating ferris wheel on the street at the pier and went on it. The hotel is comfortable - I was seemingly upgraded to a very large room on the top floor south facing the beach, which was wonderful on arrival with the sun streaming in. Has a nice bed, double entry and wing chairs for sitting. Has an elevator. Good internet. Breakfast was in a new addition atrium and was generous continental - good coffee. Very nice.

Having breakfast delivered to the room was novel, but good, as it meant we did not have to be up and dressed at a specific time. The breakfast itself was plentiful and the owners were very accommodating when we asked for an extra sandwich portion. Whilst the hotel was not on the seafront, it was within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and The Playhouse.

Private bathroom with toiletries , Hairdryer . Staff very friendly and helpful .

Slightly higher priced than local restaurants, but the food was really lovely. The staff of the hotel and restaurant were friendly attentive and very helpful. The room had a Balcony which was really nice for the sea view.

We asked for a seaview room and were allocate the Princess Diana room it was very nice. there is a lift for those unable to use the stairs and also a free car park. The buffet breakfast was good and plenty of everything. We did not eat in in the evening but menu looked good.
