Henkilökunta todella ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja riittävä, vaikka juustoa ja leikkeleitä ei ollut. Kahvia ja tuoremehua niin paljon kuin halusi, jugurttia, kananmunia, muroja ja leipää tarpeeksi. Saimme hyvät ohjeet miten kulkea metrolla viikko 35€/henkilö.

Olin ystäväryhmän kanssa, jotka kaikki valittivat työntekijöiden huonosta kohtelusta. Erityisesti (Bernard!) oli erittäin töykeä. Hän tarvitsee erityisoppitunteja ihmisten kunnioittamisen ja diplomatian oppimisessa. Tarvitsee erityisen kurssin hymyilemään asiakkaille. Meitä on 12 ihmistä, ystäviä eri Euroopan maista, ja päätimme, ettemme koskaan palaisi vierailemaan tässä hotellissa.
