The beakfrast buffé was good bur it was much better before. We were there 1st time June 2021 and there were more variation and lactose products. The omelette then was different then (in cubes) and smelt in your mouth. We have been this year again twice (at Christmas and Easter) and the quality of the brakfast was not close to the one the first time w we were there.

The stay in at NH of Alcorcón, was very comfortable and pleasant at a fair rate price. Mostly for business travel, but with a location nearby to a great shopping center areas, and close to entertainment places. Despite been a little outside from city center, it's a good alternative for a quality rate between price and service. Very nice!

Convenient location for me. Clean room and.comfy bed. All staff very helpful and friendly. No wardrobe or even a drawer in room so all clothes, underwear and other personal items left out on display. Breakfast could.be better. Some chorizo and jamón, olives, eggs, some sliced up fruit such as melons, and flavoured yogurts would be welcome additions. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable and large. Free coffee/tea/hot water at the reception. The area was pretty quiet and the price was acceptable (Madrid is very expensive). There is some parking in front of the hotel. Ask for a room at the top floor.

Terrific location for food and shopping and getting a PCR test done at nearby hospital within walking distance. No need for a car unless you want to travel further afield. Approximately 30 mins to the airport in Madrid. We didn’t speak Spanish but the hotel staff were more than confident in their English.
