Its definitely best villa on Cyprus where we was last 10 years. All works, all day and night hot water without any procedures, A/C working well and fast, on all door and windows antimosquito nets. Bed is also good. Many towels. Dish washer, washing machine with dryer, all kitchen accessories is just best. Parking place protected from direct sun, its only 5 meters from main enter to the house. Swiming pool is also realy nice, about 12 meters long and 4 meters wide. Beautiful sea side view, with fantastic picture of sun on evening. Samsungs color TV in all roooms with Youtube and so on, on ground floor its like 85 inches wide, works perfect. Internet is also very good. All inside is maded with the SOUL. Best of the best, we was realy impressed. P.S. I was in Cyprus more then 30 times. Its best place to stay on Cyprus. There is only one flaw - no breakfast :0)

Stunning place!! Great breakfast (plenty of options), very friendly staff, making you feel comfortable. The room is big, and I got a room with a sea view (highly recommended!!!). The hotel 20-25 min walk to Paphoa Harbor, where you can find many restaurants and where you get the boats for the cruises tour!!!

Choice of food was great, also the hotel has access to a very nice little beach, (not sure if its a public one). Pool area was very clean and well kept. We especially liked the evening we had in Little Italy restaurant, the SAX player on the bridge was superb and really set the scene. along with lovely food. Special mention for the following employees of the Hotel that stood out to us Tamara at guest Services was amazing, very kind and courteous, she is a credit to the Hotel, Tamara helped us out when the Restaurant booking system had failed, she was also very approachable during our stay with any questions, 10 out of 10 to Tamara for making our trip. Also Raj and Melina in EGAO restaurant were also excellent and very hard working and polite, nothing was too much trouble for them. a credit to the Hotel. House Keeping, (Sorry we didn't get any names of you guys), but thank you for cleaning our messy room efficiently and at short notice. We really did appreciate all your hard work.

Starting with the staff, everyone was very friendly, always treating us well and with care, the food was sensational from start to finish, super comfortable room with a large bed and air conditioning. I recommend the resort and will definitely return with family and friends.

The suite was great. The cypriot character of the hotel's decoration at the lobby and the common areas is one of the kind. The suite was spaciousat a quiet part of the resort. When I visit I would choose the same room.

This hotel has definitely seen its best days and everything is in need of TLC. When we arrived we had problems getting the AC working and the fridge was broken. It got fixed the next day after we mentioned about it a couple of times. The room is old (but clean) but especially the bathroom is in desperate need of modernization. I'm sorry to say the shower (good water pressure though) is very uninviting. Different from the description there was no hairdryer in the room and we had to borrow it from the reception and give back after every use. The pool is ok but some small pieces of debris were floating on the surface.  That being said I have to give huge thanks to the staff!! They are the only reason for rating so high, otherwise I would have given much lower score. Very rarely you encounter such warm, sincere hospitability than we did here. Even when we left we were offered snacks to go, some good tips about the island and were only charged 2 days for the fridge (stayed for four and it worked for three) which was a small gesture but very fare in our opinion. The location of the hotel is quite good - half way to the old town and the seaside promenade. Approximately 20 mins walk to both. There are also some quite nice restaurants very close to the hotel. All in all, if you appreciate a very friendly and helpful staff over the accommodation itself then this could be your choice in Paphos.
