First & foremost the staff. They were so welcoming, friendly & helpful, full of advice about where to go & places to eat. Alex was a wonderful help when we had problems with our sat nav. Continuous use of dining room for fruit, cool drink or coffee was much appreciated as was the relaxing lounge area to chill out at the end of a day’s sightseeing. Great room, terrific shower & secure parking.
