I was travelling with my family, which included two children. Nicole was simply amazing. She gave extra care and attention to my children over and above what was expected. They loved her and have heaps of cuddles. We booked a whole room so we didn't need to deal with others with the kids. Worked our perfectly. Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
