Very nice hotel located in downtown- walking distance to the waterfront, even the cruise terminal if you are strong walker. Room was very comfortable- well furnished. Staff were all very pleasant. Good dining room which even has happy hour prices.

Housekeeping was fast & efficient. they gave me alot of water. Frontdesk was very helpful & friendly. the lady help me arrange a free shuttle to the convention centre. frontdesk also help settle an error in my booking for my 5days stay, they were fast to identify it & help refund me & rebook it without any issues..i was so grateful they are so kind, flexible & easy going. Nice Manager and All Staff are Great
