The place offer every free facility you can dream of: ping pong, pools, hamac and even a home cinema! At night everybody is welcome to share some burned marshmallows around the barbecue. The dorms are nicely organised in old containers and the beds are comfy. You’re 5 min away from the beach or the track. Highly recommended!NinaGroup

It is very close to the Abel Tasman Park and from there everything is in walking distance (small convenience store, two restaurants, beach). The Check-In and Check-Out was very fast and easy and the owner are sooo nice!! They have everything ready to explain to visitors where they can go and see much within the surroundings. Laundry room and kitchen is possible to use and they even have a whirl pool which can be used :-) All in all we would recommend it staying at this Lodge!AAnonymousYoung couple

Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the Abel Tasman area. You can easily walk to the park and to the stores in the village. A great cafe at the park entrance. The general setting and location is fantastic. The store is very nice with good coffee and fresh eggs from their chickens. The camping experience was very good. The facilities very good. The cabin situation, not great.

The location was perfect and really allowed us to unwind and relax in a truly beautiful setting. The cabin was cozy and furnished to a very high standard, we really felt like we were having our own glamping experience. All the facilities were great with plenty of toilets and showers available even though part of the site is closed for winter.
