Benticha and David are very friendly and kind owners. 1-million-Dollar-view from all guest houses over rice fields to the beatiful mountains. Nice and refreshing pool, nice cat, nice dog. Dine in the restaurant through out the stay and it was lively. From breakfast, dinner , lunch Location need to drive from city but not too far as Nan is quieter, less traffic

We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the beautiful garden with the cute cat. The breakfast was delicious and the owner even asked for our preferred breakfast time. Very friendly, flexible staff. Gorgeous bungalows in a palm garden, calm and quiet area but still close to town. 10/10 recommend!

Love that we have the whole house to ourselves. There are 2 toilets for showering and one of them is really huge and has a tub. The lights used were warm lights which makes the place cosy. The house is spacious, clean and quite modernised. Love the Christmas tree set up the moment we entered. The kitchen is cosy and has ample utensils for use. Cold water was also available in the fridge when we arrived. There were also a variety of convenience food prepared for breakfast (eg. Bread, jam, breakfast cereals, instant porridge, biscuits, milk). Room was exactly how it is shown in the picture. Bathroom towels were provided and there was also complimentary amenities like shower gel, shampoo, lotion, shower cap, cotton bud). We were also allowed to use the hose in the front yard to wash our car and that was great. Location is convenient, easy to find and check in was hassle free. It's less than 5 mins walk to the weekend night food market so it's great ! It was a very comfortable stay and wish we had longer. The next time we come back to Nan, we will definitely book this place again:)

The accommodation is simple but fantastic. It's like camping but more relaxing and with fewer bugs. The common/dining areas and the lookout tower made the stunning views and sounds much more enjoyable. Mong was also very kind and laid back, always playing indie music and ready to help.

Mong is a caring host, providing valuable suggestions to suit specific needs. We even extended our stay by a day and he gave us an excellent itinerary for a 230km (approx) long motorbike route to the north of Nan. Highly recommend staying here, if you don't mind the inconvenience of being a little away from the city.

Definitely suggest the villa, which so worth the extra. Location is a bit outside Nan town centre so you’d probably need a car but it’s so tranquil. So lovely to walk alone the fields and sit by the table with a drink in hand viewing yeh sunset. Didn’t try the pool but should be great in summer months.

The room is very spacious and quiet, and just at 15 minutes walking from the local location of Wat Phumin. We had an amazing view over the rice fields (not all were green yet) in the sunset villa. Breakfast was delicious and so was dinner.
