And the host is very hospitable, and knows everything about Chiang Dao. The places he recommended us to visit are all fantastic. Also the breakfast here is delicious too. Everything was amazing! Tong and her family are so kind and welcoming. She provides the best homestay experience, with great conversation and advice on places to go. I had the best meals at Tongs, and one evening we cooked together. Tong also took me to the local temple to celebrate new years with her family. Tong's home is also very beautiful with hot spring very close, and you can rent a scooter from Tong. Tong also picked me up/dropped off at the bus station. I highly recommend staying here.
