There wasn’t a lot I didn’t like about this beautiful off beaten place it’s owned by a small family mom made you breakfast everyday brings it to your door, it’s so quiet and fresh water was clean and we got hot water, there’s 2 7/11 in Koh Yao yai the restaurants there are very good you will need a bike on this island

Beautiful garden bungalow and incredible host. We loved every minute of our stay. The breakfast was delicious and even the host would ask us what we want for breakfast for the next day. Renting a motorbike was very easy. The host owns a shop and you can get all of your snacks and soft drinks there. We got picked up from the pier and dropped off when we left. We love it and we will be back! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

It's a quiet place in good location. 7 Eleven shot is only about 5 minutes drive. We stayed for 2 nights and we are happy with this place. Good value for money. Hot shower water is Good.

Great! It was so tranquil. You will absolutely need a bike to get around if staying here, you can rent one from reception and park it out front of your little hut. A lot of beautiful nature sounds. We were supplied with a fridge and a kettle as well as some coffee sachets for our stay. There is a little corner shop about a 3 minute walk away for any snacks. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. It ticked all our boxes.

Very friendly owner. Nice and quiet. Gorgeous beach on walking distance. Will need a motorbike to explore if you stay for several days. Very nice house, comfy bed. I booked an extra night.
