If you want to have an amazing experience in Ko Mook, you should come here. The owner is awesome and very attentive. He picked us up for free from the pier, looked after us and offered us plenty of options to do in the island. Even though it was low season, he planned almost everything to do here. Apart from that, the location it's perfect, close to the main street where you will find some restaurants. Finally, we have to say we really enjoyed Ko Mook thanks to him :)

A brilliant place to spend a few days! It far exceeded our expectations and was excellent value for money (in comparison to other places of similar price in Thailand). We extended our stay for 3 nights we loved it so much. 5 minute drive from the town centre but a 5 minute walk from Charlie Beach which is the best beach on the island and where we spent most of our time.

I stayed in this hotel three nights in April. From the beginning the staff has been very attentive, offering free (awesome! ) coconut ice-cream on arrival. The room is bright, well equipped and clean. Beds are a bit hard but it's quite common in Asia. Also, they can prepare breakfast if you inform them one day before. Would definitely book there again if I return to Koh Mook!

Nici the owner is the best, just so friendly and helpful. After one night moved us to a bigger room. Loved the veranda. Very clean, great location. Also rented a scooter from him.

What makes the place really special is the exceptional customer care by Neil and Sue. They really go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay! They personally welcomed us and took us to the bungalows by long tail boat. They arranged great private snorkelling trips and Sue cooked for us the most delicious special Christmas meal with grilled gambas, delicious fresh crab and many other Thai delicacies. She is a great cook and it was our best meal in Thailand. Neil will ensure you get everything you need: from buying chocolate powder for our 9 year old son for his hot chocolate to personally taking my husband to the doctor. The bungalows are very nice and situated few minutes walk from a great beach. It was very well located to go snorkelling to nearby islands such as Koh Kradan, with an amazing reef and plenty of coral and fish. Overall we had a great stay and felt very welcome by Neil, Sue and their children Theo and Hugo.
