He drove me to the bus station at 5 am to ensure I got there on time and got on the right bus. I asked him if I could use the kettle so I could make coffee in the morning. Instead he provided a thermos of hot water that was ready when I woke up. He was even waiting for me in the lobby. Above and beyond.
