I love the staff I unfortunately forgot my toothbrush and the gentleman at the front desk is come on down with that one for you well he realized there wasn't one available so he actually ordered one for me and they delivered it to me I was so shocked and appreciative of how I was treated like that I just want to give a shout out to all the people at this hotel they're awesome

This motel is located 2 miles from the San Jose Airport and is one block from the Karina Court Light Rail Station. The motel offers rooms with cable TV. What I liked the most was the location.

Hyatt Place San Jose Airport is conveniently located just 1 mile from Mineta San Jose International Airport. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was so comfortable from the bed to the temperature control. Super clean and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The airport shuttle was on time and driver very friendly.

This Extended Stay America - San Jose - Downtown is located in San Jose and especially designed for longer stays, with all rooms featuring a kitchenette. I liked the location and regardless of the room being outdated it was still cleaned no animals or smell.

The location is great, a metro line (tram) right outside the hotel to take you to the centre or airport. The room was very big, clean, comfy and quiet. Breakfast was yummy. Pool/gym on site and even a laundry room. Free parking. Just great, will come back again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
