Featuring pool with a view and views of mountain, D'Autor Village is a recently renovated villa set in Valadares, 23 km from Douro Museum. Very beautiful arrangement of stone houses working as a hotel. Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast and good service. Enjoyed the pool.

Located in Peso da Régua and only 3.1 km from Douro Museum, Casa de Sergude provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The house is located on the hill and has a very nice view of the river. The kitchen has everything that you need for cooking. We wish we could stay longer at this place.

Set within 20 km of Douro Museum and 32 km of Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary, Castas do Douro offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tabuaço. What a wonderful place to stay. Location was perfect for a 3 day trip to the area. The facilities were great and the welcome wine was, well, very welcome. Mario and Helga were superb, very responsive and helpful in organising taxis (Laurinda, the taxi driver, lovely too). The facilities late great and the claw foot bath with a view over the valley was a the icing on the cake. A fabulous, relaxing and beautiful place. P.s the parking was not as tricky as some reviews suggest (there were 3 vehicles in the parking lot for the first 2 days with no problem - bit tight getting in / out but not too bad).

Situated in Vila Real in the Norte Region region, Quinta da Laceira - Douro Valley - Alojamento Local has a balcony. Place was amazing! Nice and quiet. Great hosts! Highly recommend!

Set in Vila Nova de Foz Coa, 18 km from Longroiva Hot Springs and 42 km from São João da Pesqueira Wine Museum, Casas da Barca offers air conditioning. Beautiful space in a really lovely part of town, great restaurant within walking distance and spectacular scenery once you left the house. Very clean and very good use of space. Well equipped and excellent service. We would definitely recommend for a short stay (small family).

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Helena's Family House is set in Pinhão. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Fabulous property which was a perfect place to explore the Douro valley. The host Helena and her daughter were extremely welcoming. Breakfast each morning was a feast and served by Helena. The property is spacious, very clean and had all the facilities required for the perfect stay including a hot tub, pool table and honesty bar.

Situated in Vila Real, 14 km from Natur Waterpark and 27 km from Douro Museum, Casa do Espadanal offers air conditioning. Host was very accommodating & the gifts very thoughtful. Plenty of space & all the facilities required for a short stay.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a pool with a view, river view and a balcony, Casa Nunes is located in Pinhão. Friendly staff. Nice pool and the breakfast ingredients left for us was a nice touch.

Set 44 km from Santa Maria da Feira Castle, Quinta de Varzielas - Agroturismo offers a private beach area, an outdoor swimming pool and air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. It is the perfect place for a family stay. The house had everything we needed to cook the food, both inside and outside. It is a quite place with a fantastic view over the vineyards and the river. Our kid enjoyed the pool area, especially when the lovely donkey Nikita came by :) The territory is well kept and the staff is polite (and even easy and interesting to speak with even if you don't speak Portuguese).
