We originally had booked another hotel on Gili Air, but after one night decided to change due to noise from construction and rusty water filling the bath. Ari and his team welcomed us and had our villa ready within 30 minutes of booking. When staying on remote islands with limited infrastructure, I have found you typically have to temper expectations just a little, but this was not the case at Lasai. We were in villa 1, an absolutely beautiful room with cold AC, sparkling pool, soft and comfortable mattress, and plenty of hot water for a nice relaxing bath. The photos on the website don’t do it justice! Very well insulated so you can’t hear the Muslim prayers at 0400, and light blocking shades ensured a restful sleep. Daily breakfast was served in the villa and a filtered water cooler made our stay extra comfortable, and the mini bar had great wine and other soft drinks. No request was too much trouble and they always replied quickly via WhatsApp. Another review mentioned the ‘delicate’ robes. I wore the robe daily, it was SO comfy and soft, and very well made. This place will forever be our go-to on Gili Air!

One of the best location on this island. The private swimming pool was the cherry on the cake. Location close to beach and city center but the faciliy is giving you free bikes. I am so grateful to you , You’re very kind & patient person, because of you now I have the best snorkeling experience with magical photos and videos on my phone. Tony, you are the best . It’s very close to the main restaurants and bars in Kuta and also to Kuta beach, which you can reach by foot. The hotel provides scooters for rent, so it’s easy to reach also other stunning beaches.
