The villas are constructed in way that offers superb privacy. The staff that come daily for breakfast/housekeeping are absolutely lovely changing /cleaning whatever you wish with the lady at reception 🛎️ an absolute support in navigating breakfast changes and recommendations along with Dimitris. Don’t even hesitate on your decision to stay here it’s the perfect 🤩 spot of peace outside a very busy Oia but also not to far from beaches🏖️ , town, shopping and of course Oia🤍 be careful you don’t fall asleep in the jacuzzi 😂🤣 it’s easily done being so warm & comfortable 🤗.

It was not only incredibly tasty but also a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch, especially since it was included with our stay.

Very tastefully designed in western style. Every detail of the apartment was carefully thought through It was very relaxing. I got quickly attached to this place. Even after 3 nights it was hard for me to leave. I loved contemplating the surroundings sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine or coffee depending on the time of the day. Host was very helpful and nice sharing details of local beautiful beaches. Highly recommended place. You will surely have a great rest here!

The location was perfect! The accommodations were great and Gabriel was a terrific host. He made wonderful restaurant, food, and activity recommendations!

I have stayed at Olivia Resort for two nights with my family and I've truly felt at home. 🏠 This place has such a warm and welcoming vibe and a lot of character. The architecture, interiors and landscaping were all aesthetically top-notch. The mattresses are great quality and even the sofa bed was quite comfy. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped. (I can't praise them enough for putting a new kitchen sponge in its package!) There were some sustainability measures such as sensors that prevented air-conditioner to work if there were open windows or doors, and hot water coming from the solar panels. They also had various measures to prevent mosquitoes bothering the guests. Looking at all the details and in light of our lovely conversations, I believe the biggest difference Olivia Resort has is definitely its owners and their love and motivation to create the best experience for their guests. The attention to detail to make it luxurious was bang On. It was fully out fitted with everything you could need. Very comfortable bed and living area. Great jacuzzi with jets. Loved it.
