Pictures are accurate, conditions are good, the house is well equipped. The owner of the property is an amazing person. We had a very good time during our stay, we even got a guide for local attractions from the owner. The Gjipe Canyon is a must do, starting from Gjipe Beach. I really recommend this property, the price is fair for what it offers, if not even better.

Beautiful place! Very scenic, clean, peaceful and quiet with all amenities one could need. We stayed for 4 nights - three families of friends with 6 adults and 7 kids in total. Pool was a massive hit with the kids! They absolutely loved it. Hosts were superb - great communication (even though Google translate can come handy), very respectful and helpful, and they even baked home made boreks for us which were fantastic and got eaten to the last crumb! Genuinely great place. Highly recommend.

One of the most fantastic experiences we had during our stay in Albania. We did a road trip through different places, but definitely the time spent in this villa was the most impressive. The host was wonderful — from the warm welcome with homemade raki to being always available with great recommendations. The villa itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and offered absolute peace with stunning views. It was by far the cleanest accommodation we’ve experienced. With 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and every facility we could possibly need, it truly exceeded our expectations. And all of this at a very reasonable price. What I loved the most about this villa was the amazing privacy and the breathtaking view. It was wonderful that every room had its own bathroom, which made our stay super comfortable. The kitchen area was also a highlight — we could cook together while enjoying the view, and it had everything we needed: a dishwasher, a stove, and a coffee machine that made our mornings so easy and pleasant. One of the biggest surprises was the endless greenery all around the property, full of different fruit trees. The owner kindly allowed us to pick and enjoy the fruits, and every afternoon we had fresh fruit straight from the garden. In the evenings, we made barbecue while watching the sunset — an unforgettable experience. We will definitely return next year!

This villa was absolutely amazing with all the amenities you can imagine! Before we arrive we were contacted by a staff member on Whatsapp who explained everything and gave instructions for how to get the key and how to ge all the remotes working with the building (there are a lot of remotes that handle the screens and roofs etc :D ). There's a lot of privacy there since nobody else actually has a view to the pool area or to any windows. The view to the sea is amazing! We could also hear the sea since the waves were quite big during our stay. The pool was our favourite! It's warm (seemed at least 30C). It has several jets so you can even swim against the stream. We couldn't get the working properly at first and a technician was sent quite quickly to check everything out. There's a washer/dryer and per our request washing gel was brought to us. Breakfast was served down at the beach in restaurant Paleste. We paid 15€ for 2 people. It was a choice of eggs or toast or omlette. Plus coffee or fresh juice (juice on request since we don't drink coffee) and water. Food was enough to get us full and the view from the restaurant is amazing.
