Beautiful spacious, clean and comfortable room welcomed with chocolate and fudge on arrival was a bonus.. wonderful 5 star a la carte breakfast with a great view of the bustling city in the morning . The staff were exceptional; Edward had allowed us an extended check out since we had a late departure from the airport later in the day. Excellent location with a unique cylindrical architecture( can be spotted from afar more like a landmark in the area) thank you and looking forward to come back.

The bedroom is nice, spacious and beautifully decorated. We had a view of the London Eye from our room. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We were going to the Residence to get drinks in the evening and the ambiance was wonderful. Really private and a great place to relax and have a drink. The bartenders there make a delicious amaretto sour. It is the only hotel we will stay at from now on in London!! Highly recommended it. The hotel location was also extremely convenient to get around and very central.

I rarely write reviews but my daughters (6 and 22) and I absolutely loved this hotel! The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool area is clean, friendly and relaxing, with set children’s times. But what made our stay truly memorable was the AMAZING level of friendly, personalised service we received. Not only did we find a little welcome gift in our room upon arrival, Tiana (?) at reception let us check in early and gave us a free room upgrade and Bruno, the restaurant manager, went over and beyond to cater for one of our friend‘s allergies… A wonderful experience overall and we would definitely go back!

Retaining many of the warehouse’s original features including exposed brickwork and vaulted ceilings, the spacious rooms at the Titanic Hotel are air-conditioned and have a flat-screen TV with Sky Sports Channels and seating area. Each includes tea/coffee making facilities including a coffee machine, Egyptian cotton bedding and an en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries. The hotel was really clean, and the rooms were spacious. Service on arrival was amazing!
