The food is excellent - great British basics like steak and ale pie! The staff are really friendly and kind. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the location is the heart of historic Hampshire with beautiful countryside and many walks and attractions around. I would definitely recommend the Winchfield Inn as a cosy, down to earth base for exploring the area. it’s very good value for money.

A few issues during our stay- the air conditioning unit was so loud on the second night no one could sleep. Easy access to local villages. Large garden; ideal for families. Spotlessly clean; comfortable room … great sleep! Food available if required. Pat and Lyn great hosts!
