Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe check In employee that was there on July 26 at 3:30 am wasn’t having any of my conversation apparently. I tried to apologize for getting there at 3:30 am and she cut me off asking for my license and credit card. Also there was a nasty stain in our bathtub.
The breakfast had a good variety and the breakfast staff was nice.

United StatesThe fitness center smelled extremely musty. There was no fresh fruit at breakfast, and we were early. Otherwise breakfast was fine. The toilet in our room was “sluggish”.
The location was convenient. Easy to get off and on the highway and to and from restaurants. The hotel is nice, with a very comfortable bed. Everything was very clean. The desk clerk, Ravin, was very nice and helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the room shortly after checking in.

United StatesOnly negative was a funny smell in the hallway. It appeared that they may have had a leak or something. Carpet in the hallway was a little wet in spots. But they were actively working on trying to get it dried out. No big deal. Things happen.
