I had to wait about 10 minutes at the front desk to check in for the night. There were no diet or zero sugar options in the soda machine. The lamp in the room had been unplugged and the plug was bent so it was difficult to plug back into the wall socket. The in room coffee maker was placed in an area that didn’t have a socket to plug into. The floor was damaged in front of one of the beds making it a bit of a tripping hazard. While shampoo and conditioner and lotion were provided in bottles attached to the walls there was no body wash or soap besides a small bar.

The location was easily accessible. Parking was good. There was good lighting. The lobby was nice and water was available at all times.

The ice machine and shower ceiling has a little black mold, They wanted to charge me $100 deposit for my service dog and asked for paperwork which is against the law. I gave them my paperwork but not the cash then I tried to get another night and was told it was an inconvenience(mind you nobody cared but the property manager) I have a very well trained miniature labradoodle. I googled the hotel before I went and it said pets allowed. The refrigerator does not get that cold, It's non-smoking but someone kept smoking cigarettes while we were sleeping, On my last night at 4am someone kicked my door and said something to the effect of take me tf home or get me out of here. I don't know I was sleeping. Besides everything above it was a wonderful stay.

The bed was comfortable, the staff was nice, I liked that they provided breakfast. There wasn't much to choose from but I loved the effort. It's also very quiet.

The entrance to the hotel was not highly visible and turning into the driveway there was a steep incline. The coffee in the continental breakfast was extremely light. I could unfortunately hear the ice machine throughout the night.

The room was nice and spacious. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. I also liked that it was a short distance from the entrance and front desk to my room.

They told us that the water was going out from 9pm to 4am which was a bummer but we had no other options at that late time but to stay there. Luckily the water never went out so we were good especially since I was traveling with little kids.

The breakfast was okay. The overall stay was fine, nothing to really complain about. You get what you pay for and at this price I can’t really complain much. The staff was pleasant enough.

not sure there was anything I didn't like "the place could be updated a little"

When I first arrived I thought oh NOOOOOOOOOO, it did not feel homey at all, they a rag was used to hold the door open upstairs "like really" buy a door stopper It seems lobby and halls felt pretty spooky However the room was good, the cable wasn't working I called down stairs and someone came right up she had to use a remote she bought up to program the cable, ck in/out was easy, the donuts were soft, the orange juice needed to be changed out it was water. The room was clean, the bed was pretty good actually the room was a lot better than I thought, I really thought I was going to leave, the [;ace is a little dark and needs to be updated, I really didn't hear others and slept pretty good, overall it was decent.

I asked the staff where they would recommend I eat, and they couldn't understand English. I completely understand that English is a difficult language to learn. The room had a odd smell to it and the floors need replaced in the rooms. For the money, you get what you get. You can't expect to spend 75$ and not have issues, these are just my opinion

The rooms I was given were pretty dingy and the smell was not well kept. I know they were smoking rooms but it should have been better cleaned and highlighted on the booking page. There were also issues with the bathrooms being too small and the trash cans were missing from the room.

The staff was very friendly. Having access to a gym was also very nice. The breakfast being available is also a good touch. There was access to shops in a nearby plaza that made the stay a little better.

The TV didn't work right, every time it was turned on it had to return all of the channels and the remote didn't really work with the TV set. The remote was also broken on the back. The overall smell was very stale in the building and even the nin smoking rooms.

Nice hotel for a short stay. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was ok, but could be better The rooms a very spacious and comfortable. The property it’s near Highway 95 and could be a great hotel for travelers.

Was not clear about the fact that some rooms were smoking. I asked to be put in a non smoking room and they said they didn't have any so stayed in a terrible smelling room. Bathroom and floors were very dirty. Mold in bathroom and bathtub. Not a great location and partying in the parking lot went on until about 4am.
