The hotel was really nice and close to everything. It was new and modern. Value for money! We take an update to our room to a bigger one so we had a very comfort staying. The room was CLEAN and we could choose which days this could be cleaned also with a button next to the door. The BREAKFAST was great offering a wide variety of choices. The STAFF was there when we need them and they were extremely kind and helpful. Many thanks to you guys Baran and Fouad for your amazing breakfast and the hotel gift you gave us to take away the last day we left from there because our flight was very early in the morning. We really enjoyed! The tram station was 3min from there by foot, Ayia Sofia closed almost 10min by foot also and kapali carsi. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone looking for a great place to stay!

Everything was perfect. Large, beautiful, clean, and newly renovated rooms. I have nothing to complain about. The hotel’s location is perfect, right across from Galata Port, close to Istiklal and the tram station that goes to Fatih (Grand Bazaar and Mosques). The breakfast was very good, with everything you need (eggs, vegetables, fruits, jams...), and fresh products. The hotel owner is very nice. Parking is available in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is amazing. Staff in kitchen zakaria , seemas and all amazing kitchen staff were very helpful. Front manager Bilal ozman, davit, and bilal ozlan were very helpful and happy to assist with directions, booking tours and ideas on what to buy. Location is terrific.

It was fantastic, the staff was so nice and the room very confortable. The bathroon was amazing, the was a massage show , The hotel has everyday some sweets and fruits. The breakfast with a lot of options included fried eggs and omelete.

Hotel has a perfect location in old city centre very close to Hagia Sofia. Tram and metro station are close as well. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and breakfast was perfect. Huge thanks to hotel staff Burak, Ozgur, Furkan, Onur who spoke good English and helped us in anything we needed. Hope to see you again!

Our stay at Plat Inn was great! The staff was lovely and extremely helpful with all our questions. The place was extra clean and everything was brand new. Rooms were cleaned daily and they had all the necessary facilities in the room. The location was great, it was 2 min walk to the centre of Taksim and 5 min walk to the metro, bus stations and the station of airport buses. I will surely recommended to all my friends, I will come back.

    The people are friendly and smiling. The sights are very interesting. So much history in a very small area. Wonderful landmarks everywhere. There has been a lot of restoration to historic buildings.

    You need to pick the right time of year to visit otherwise...

    You need to pick the right time of year to visit otherwise you will be swamped by tourist groups. Many cruise ships call in the port. Fabulous sights but a lot of building work going on everywhere. The entry fees of the attractions are steep. It is not a cheap destination but incredibly fascinating.

    The place is just amazingly beautiful. I just didn’t like the vibe that the people gave me. People are too rushy and pushy. They try to force things on you and are very rude. I would have love to explore more because of the beauty but J am pretty sure I will never go back because of the unwelcoming people.

    Everything was perfect, our stay at the element garden was one of the best things in our trip , the location is awesome in a calm street few minutes walk from Taksim square , rooms very clean with the necessary equipment we even cooked there and could eat in the hotel’s garden , the staff were extremely nice and helpful especially Ella who was preparing very good breakfasts and was extremely nice , I recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Istanbul
