I was lacking a microwave in the kitchen, would be nice to have that.

The apartments are really close to the lift, and many hiking trails, just 5 minutes walk. Inside the apartment it was very clean, and the room was cleaned regularly. The room was really warm, it’s not cold at all at night. The owner is nice, no problem with interactions at all. In the same building there is a restaurant with very tasty traditional Slovak cuisine and other dishes as well with reasonable price. My favorite part though was that there were wild deer grazing in front of the apartments almost every day during our stay 😍

Overall, our stay was fine, but we noticed a few things that could be improved. The room didn't have shampoo, a hairdryer, or any bowls, which would have been useful after a long day of hiking.

The location is key. It was easy to get to the trails, and the room was comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep. We stayed here for the second time, and it was just as good as we remembered.

Sound insulation from neighbouring rooms very poor. There was a door to the adjacent room and noisy neighbours spoiled our stay. WIFI connection virtually not working. Connection to the AP distconects every few minutes, internet veeery slow: dowload about 1MB, upload 200 kB (when working).

Location of the hotel is great, a short walking distance to lifts and hiking trails, also to Tatranska Lomnica. Rooms clean, so was bathroom and toilet. No AC and room was hot during daytime but it cooled down in the evening so sleep was comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast with good variety of food, both hot and cold. Very good coffee for breakfast.

The property manager/owner did not speak much English making it difficult to get questions answered. I asked how to turn on the stove as there was no manual and the property manager/owner could not understand what I was trying to say, even though I sent it in Slovakian. I never did get the stove to work. It would be nice if there was some explanation in the greeting manual.

It was clean and a quiet area. It was close to the trail to the lift to go to LOMNICKY STÍT.

Excellent value for money. We had a clean and comfy studio apartment. Location was great, between the village centre and cable cars. Just 500m walk to the centre but the location is peaceful since it is on the other side of the park.

The male receptionist was of a rude kind/nature in general (not too sure if he is actually aware how brusque, rude and unhelpful he comes across) even according to Slovak standards.

didn’t see any staff a single time, even during the day. therefore we couldn’t ask any questions such as hiking information and no one to tell us how to find the facilities. it was raining and we wanted to see the restaurant and billiards room that was advertised but nobody was there to help. we still had a very pleasant stay this was the only negative

The bed was not very comfortable for me, I couldn't sleep well.

It's not far from the train station, neither the skilifts, both within ten minutes walk. The room was clean, it also has a kitchenette and a balcony.

I believe it is the same everywhere in mainland Europe, maybe, but the double beds are always two single beds pushed together. It makes it difficult to enjoy being away as a couple!

The location was easy to find and access. Checking in and out was simple and streamlined. The rooms are warm, clean, and come with all the utensils and cooking appliances you would need. If you came for snowboarding/mountain sports, this place is in an ideal location between slopes and geothermal pools! The staff are lovely, well-spoken, and have a good knowledge of the surrounding area (and it's in a very beautiful area too).
