    “Our stay at this Riad was beyond amazing. From the very beginning, Ayoub went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Before we even arrived, he helped us plan our trip and made sure every detail was covered. Once we were there, his service was outstanding. He anticipated our needs, arranged all our transfers, and made moving around the city completely stress-free. The Riad itself was spotless, very clean and fresh, which made it such a comfortable place to stay. Everything felt welcoming and well cared for. Thanks to Ayoub, our trip was smooth, easy, and truly unforgettable. I can’t recommend this place enough it was one of the best travel experiences we’ve had.”

    “Personal was really friendly and easy going. I had to book on short notice, it was quick and without any trouble. The service was great and it was easy to contact the personal and they were quick to help. They speak close to perfect English. The room was clean, well prepared and enjoyable. Location is great, in between Bahia and el Badi Palace. Wifi is good. The breakfast is served on the roof terrace and was great quality. Overall very enjoyable stay.”

    “The hotel was amazing, the room was very nice and large. It had the great views of the pool. Mohammed was great also, he helped us with our bags and calling taxi every time we wanted to go out. Even though the place was far from the medina, Mohammed made it very easy for us to go there everyday by calling and negotiating fair taxi prices. The breakfast was really good too, we could barely finish the food.”

    “We had a very warm welcome by Ikram. She whatsapped me before that we can give her a message when we arrived so we did not have to walk alone to the riad. Some riads a little bit difficult to find on the maps. She gave us some tea with very nice bakery sweets. She also helped us with booking a massage and hammam. We could immediately check in, in the room, even we were earlier then the regularly check in time. I could whatsapp her when we needed a taxi, they have a private driver to bring you somewhere and you can also give a message when you need to go back. The breakfast was also really nice and she came to the breakfast to say goodmorning. We asked if we could check out later, and we got a hour extra. She let us store our luggage in the riad and when we came back with had a little swim in the pool, very refreshing! Ikram gave us some tea and again the nice bakery sweets. She was so lovely, see you next year!”

    “The property is in a quiet area away from the Medina, however walking back at night for the 10 minutes although safe was worrying, I did not have any incidents. The staff were very friendly and will sometimes accompany me to the spot where I could get a taxi. There are plenty of taxis in the area. Breakfast was good. Room was cleaned daily.”

    “The caretaker, Sara was an angel sent from heaven for first timers in marrakesh, very helpful and kind. Thanks Sara. She not only waited for us at arrival at 2 am but sent us off at 6 am.     “We really appreciated the kindness of the staff. The bed was very comfortable, although it wasn’t the one I had booked on Booking. I think it was more of a coordination issue with the app, since it lets you choose the type of bed when making the reservation. They kindly offered to add an extra bed, but we didn’t need it. They were also very helpful in printing out our boarding passes. Another thing we liked was how dark the room was for sleeping, because the window facing the street was in the bathroom, and once you closed the bathroom's wooden door (though it was very hard to close it completely) the room was completely dark and the noise from the street was kept out because of the door. There was also hot water.”
