Nice location, clean, comfortable, nice breakfast on the rooftop with the view on the ocean. People there was amazing, Saad was very helpful and kind, whatever i asked and needed he help in most kindly way. Unfortunately i forgot the name of the other man who was there in the evenings and night he was also so kind and helpful.

Everything was great, with one exception, the terrible sewage odor in the bathroom of my room. It was the single room on the bottom floor, so the other rooms on higher floors probably are not affected. I communicated this to the staff and hopefully they will find a solution.

I loved my stay at Dar A Bahar! The staff were wonderful, especially Saad. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered, gave great restaurant recommendations, evening making me a reservation at a desired place. He arranged for a porter to help me with my things and even checked that I had arrived to Marrakech safely. What a caring wonderful person. Thank you Saad! The location is great. The rooftop terrace is lovely and a perfectly quiet place to watch the sun set. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Nice house in the center of old Medina, on the sea side, with a wonderful roof facing the sea where you can watch the sunset or having a breakfast, which was extremely good and included in the room price. We had a nice and silent room with a private bathroom, extremely clean. We were welcomed with Moroccan sweets and tea and taken care by Mr. Saad, very helpful with supplementary information.

Of course, room is very small. But it's ok if you do not plan stay long in a room.

The best play to stay for good price and see the sunset. The stuff is very responsive. The hot water in bathroom. The breakfast with sunrise on the roof.

The Riad is centrally located and is in a quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was amazing and I was greeted with tea and cookies when I checked-in. I stayed for two nights and I was surprised that my room was cleaned on my 2nd day. Saad (Riad manager) was very accommodating. I highly recommend for your stay in Essaouira.

Beautiful house, sitting just on the City wall. The wild Atlantic right in front of my window. Saad, who manages the house is very friendly and helped me in everything, from organizing my days activities to printing my boarding card. Very nice host! 100 % recommendation!

The location is the best! Inside the medina but close to the sea. Saad and Rahma were incredibly helpful during all our stay! Its was definitely the best stay in our backpacking trip to Marroco!!
