It's a bit noisy during the night but that's to be expected in city center. Nothing to do with the apartment it's self but as a woman I wouldn't feel comfortable walking alone once it gets dark. Couple of the tiny streets surrounding the apartment (in my opinion) were sketchy.

Very helpful and kind host! There was a separate room full of cleaning supplies and other useful things accessible for all apartments the host rents. A pan, a kettle, a pot and basic cooking utensils as well as salt and oil available. Three different very affordable food shops (Lidl, Penny and Deco) a few minute walk away.

The mattress is a bit too soft, but I guess that's a matter of personal preference

Great location, walking distance from old city and train station, renovated and fully equipped apartment with a nice balcony, where you can enjoy morning coffee with Etna view ☕ The staff is very nice and responsive, allowed us to check in earlier. Totally recommend this place!

Excellent, spacious studio apartment with nice bathroom & kitchen area, loved the balcony. Warm welcome from the hosts, who were very helpful. Super location, about 10 minutes walk to bus & train station in one direction, and cathedral square in the opposite direction.

Everything was pretty great.

It was really spatious and also cosy, super close to the center and there is a minimarket and a salumeria downstairs. Also parking down the street. The hosts are also really sweet and helped us with everything we needed.

The street out the front was a little busy, but nothing major

Lots of room and very comfortable. Close to markets, restaurants and shops. The host was great and couldn’t do enough for us, finding us a car park, carrying our luggage up the stairs for us and generally being very responsive and accommodating. Shower was good, internet was very good, coffee machine with pods available and cold water in the fridge!

The host was very nice and considerate. The apartment was very pretty, big and clean. The location was very close to Catania central station where buses and trains leave to other destinations (airport, Taormina etc..) Can recommend it

Definitely bring some good earplugs with you because the neighbor is constantly screaming at her kids until late at night, but this is not the host's fault. There was a certain smell also, like paint or something, we could not get rid of it but we got used to it.

The host is amazing, very kind and helpful, the apartment was clean and close to bus stations. Very well equipped apartment, it had coffee, enough towels and toilet paper, soap, shampoo, basically all you can need.

Everything was great.

The unit was clean, spacious and a great base for exploring Catania and its surrounds. Great facilities (like access to a water filtration system and washing machine), good kitchen set up for self catering. Very kind and attentive hosts. Close to train and bus stations for inward and outbound travel.

There was a bit of a weird smell in our room that we didn't manage to get rid of.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy and the host Nicola was super kind and helpful.

Very noisy at night, you hear everything that happens behind the wall and it's really hard to sleep.

The apartment was spacious enough and clean. It was also easy to get the keys to the apartment. Best of all was the location as the apartment just a few minutes from attractions, bus and train station, with shops and eating places nearby.

The ceilings seem to be pretty thin and you can pretty clearly hear the upstairs neighbors in the morning. This shouldn't be a problem though if you don't plan on sleeping late. Other than that - it is a really nice apartment, conveniently located and with wonderful hosts :)

Great apartment on a quiet street and very close to the center. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Wi-Fi works well. The apartment has a lot of dishes and necessary detergents. There is a cozy balcony with chairs and a table for morning coffee. I would like to personally thank Nicolas for his decency and willingness to help. We forgot our iPod in the apartment and Nicolas sent it home by mail!

There are a lot of stairs, though the hosts are really helpful with carrying your luggage up and down for you.

Lovely big apartment close to train and bus stations. Not too much further to the city centre. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Nice to have access to washing machine. We enjoyed our stay.

First of all, Nicola is a great host, welcoming and always there to help. The apartment is full of little things like coffee, shampoo, washing machine, etc., so you will have everything you need for your stay. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and well-designed, with preserved classical Italian motives on the walls, which makes a pleasant ambiance. The location of the apartment is very suitable for staying in the city, because everything that you need (city center, supermarket, train/bus station) is nearby by walk. All recommendations you won't regret it!

The only thing that was a bit of a challenge were the stairs. There is no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. However, it got easier eventually.

The apartment was clean and well appointed. The location was very convenient - close to the inter-city bus and train stations. The air conditioner was very useful after being out and about on a hot Catania day- even at the end of October! We loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening watching the comings and goings of the neighbourhood. The host Nicola, and his team, were so very helpful and accommodating.
