The apartment is beautiful! We'll decorated and equipped, and very spacious. All bedrooms and common areas had air conditioning, the bathroom was excellent - big shower! Excellent location in the heart of Ortigia, beautiful view from the balcony.

Sitting on the balcony for morning coffee, and a glass of wine in the evening, watching the world trickle by were the best parts. Location is very central and overlooking a small square with a 16th century church.

This apartment is right in the middle of all the action. It is well air conditioned as well as having a good washing machine and portable clothes dryer. We got great instructions from the host as well as great recommendations for restaurants.

The apartment is spacious and well-located. A very traditional feel with large windows and balconies, but all the modern amenities. The host was very responsive and followed up several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Great location with nice balcony overlooking the square. Easy check-in. Place is very large as it has two large bedrooms,living room and large kitchen. Bathroom has a very good shower, 6 feet wide.

Lovely location and apartment very comfortable. The managers were attentive and tried to help us in many ways. We did experience small inconveniences such as : 1) no water for awhile as workers may have been in building.. 2) flooding in BR when have rainfall. They sent man to fix, but really needed repair

Plenty of towels, nice shower, comfortable bed, and quiet to sleep. With the windows open we heard nice jazz from the cafe below. Lovely view from the balcony. Groceries available across the street. Nice meals and pastries around the corner at U'Sicilianu Oritigia for take out.

Great location in the middle of Ortigia. The host was able to accommodate an early check-in for us which was wonderful with all our luggage. Restaurants are within 30 meter walking distance. Grocery store across the road was very handy. Large spacious part,ent. Only one set of stairs to get to the apartment ( most have been three!) which was a welcome change. Host was very responsive and helpful. Arranged for a taxi to pick us up across the street the street on the day of our departure which was very convenient. Nice balcony to sip a glass of wine at night.

we had trouble figuring out the keys and spent way too much time trying to connect with the wifi, had to go to a store and use their wifi to reach support team if I knew then what I know now I would have paid the extra money to have someone meet us show us the key system and how to connect to the wifi suggest a note be left on how to enter and exit the flat

We had an incredible stay at this apartment! The location couldn’t be better—it was right in the heart of the city, just minutes away from all the top attractions, and with a mini market conveniently right downstairs. It made exploring the city so easy. The apartment itself was fantastic—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bedding was super comfortable, and we loved spending time on the balcony with lovely views. It had all the amenities we needed, making our stay feel like home. Manuela, from the welcome staff, was excellent! She sent us a guide with all the local must-visit places and was always available whenever we had questions. Her helpfulness added a special touch to our stay. All in all, a wonderful experience! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot in the city center.

Location was fantastic Appartment was clean The view from the balkony was so nice! The instructions were very easy and they sent us so many details to assist with our stay Also the security of the apartment was in an other level, apartment had two door to lock, we were with our kids and we enjoy so much! I loved the building For sure i will trust them for our stay there!
