The air conditioning is really noisy, impossible to sleep with. No kettle to make tea (no kitchen, just a fridge). Large use of airways throughout the apartment, it stings the nose.

The accommodation is very well located, two minutes from St. Nicholas Church. The place is clean, spacious, and has a very large bed. It's unusual to sleep in the basement, but at least it's cool.

We were two friends travelling together and we booked the apartment because it had two double beds. When we arrived, however, there was a double bed and a single one. We booked it on two separate occasions (there was a day in the middle when we went sightseeing elsewhere) and when we came back the second time, they must have noticed that one of us slept on the single bed because they gave us a duvet for that one too (on the first occasion it had fleece blankets). If it is essential to have two double beds it would be worth confirming that the property has them in advance.

Centrally located right in the heart of the old town. The apartment though underground was clean, well-ventilated and beautifully decorated. We felt at home. Our host Nicola was warm and helpful.

It was underground (no natural light), responsiveness (no one answered when we called both phone numbers on the property entrance), lack of clarity regarding wifi (right after you enter there was a ripped note on the wall with an incomplete password, a card with two phone numbers and no one answered - we found out later from the IT guy there was a wall message downstairs with all details - for us it was misleading). I admit we should have checked, but all that info should also be at the entrance and get rid of unavailable phone numbers printed there.

The breakfast was miserable, practically non existing. Also, the AC and the bathroom extractor fan make lots of noises.

The location is ideal for touring the old city. Amenities nearby as well. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, as it has 2 double beds and 1 single bed. During our last day, we had a night flight, and the hosts were kind enough to store our luggages safely so that we could enjoy our last day.

The room that we stayed in is in the basement and there is no natural light that’s coming through. No signal for the internet we have to come up to have an access to the wifi. The room has 2 double bed and one single bed that takes all the spaces for us. The aircon/heater is very nosisy so we have to turned it off. And breakfast that we paid for is absolutely terrible.

We only stayed one night and that was probably enough for us. As the property is as advertised a subterranean room, you have no daylight coming through and no real contact with the outside. We visited at the end of July when it was very hot and sunny, but inside the flat you just couldn’t tell! It was very unique and I would definitely recommend, however I struggled with the lack of natural light!

Very unique subterranean stay ! The room was very clean, nicely decorated and smelled lovely! They even provided coffee and snacks. Small fridge stocked with water and milk for the coffee machine. Location spot on, in the heart of Bari Old town ! Host very responsive and professional.

Very steep stairs going down to the room. There was no hand rail and the tiles were slippery. It would be better if there was some basic crockery. There were no glasses plates or cups for use if you didn't want to eat out.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She met us at the apartment even when we arrived late at night. She readily responded to our messages. The room was in a cellar and was nicely done. It is in a fantastic location in the heart of the old town just steps from the Cathedral. The host arranged a driver to take us to the train station .

The check-in and check-out process was not well informed, i had to chase after the instruction. The toilet and room had quite bad smell either sewer system issue or cigarette.

The location was very good, right in the center of the old town, but also very quiet. There was no smell at all, the air was fresh, even though it is underground. One day the we wanted to use the hairdryer, but it only blew cold air. We told our host on whatsapp, and in no time he got us a working one. We had a lovely holiday!

Hard to find. Had to park blocks away. Walked thru charming old town for a while but finally found it. This property is a finished basement. One room 3 beds. Ok for solo, but no privacy for 1+. Difficult narrow winding stairs to navigate and carry luggage. No windows. Felt like living in mom’s basement. Hahahaha

Very bad communication with the host. Didn’t recieve passcode for self check-in on time, we need to call on the phone, the local neighbour was very helpful.

No one to welcome you at your arrival. The host sent me an e-mail to give me the door code - fortunately I read my emails very often!! The location isn't correctly mentioned on the Booking confirmation (Number of the street) so I had to look for the location a long time and ask the neighbours, then I had to call the host by phone. The room was very cold (air conditioning was on at 17°!!!) upon our arrival, no breakfast as mentioned (2 cups for 4 persons). This is not worth the price at all!!!

great location, had everything we needed for a very comfortable nights stay in Bar old town with 2 kids (0 and 2)z it’s in a basement, but that was fine for us, meant it was nice and dark and we got a great nights sleep. there were nice coffee pods and fresh milk for the morning, as well as water and some snacks. also it’s in basement of a very old building so had plenty of character. would definitely stay again, great value for money!
